BID AND SCOPE REVIEW

Architectural plans often lack the detail needed for contractors to create bid packages that meet an owner's expectations.  With twenty years of experience in the construction industry, I am uniquely equipped to review bid packages and identify scope issues that could save you money and peace of mind.

CONTRACT REVIEW

Your home is probably one of your biggest investments. If you are planning to build a new home or remodel an existing one, don't just sign the bottom line.  Let me review your contract first so you can protect your interests.

ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Maryland Home Improvement Commission licenses and regulates home improvement contractors and salespersons.  When a dispute arises with a contractor who is remodeling your home, claims must generally be brought before the MHIC for investigation. I can represent you in these hearings.

LITIGATION

Construction disputes are often complex cases involving multiple parties and require a thorough understanding of the construction process and how contractors do business. I can help you resolve these cases.

LIENS

If a contractor has threatened to file a lien on your property, contact me to review your case and preserve your rights.
